They will be wrapping gifts at 1121 Robson Street (in front of The Gap) in downtown Vancouver from Tuesday, December 22 to Thursday, December 24, from noon to 6 pm. When asked why they were doing this, they came up with this message together:
The holiday season is meant for giving, and expressing our gratitude as we gather around with friends and family. As students of Byrne Creek Community School, we want to raise awareness and dedicate our service to United Way, who provide support to children, seniors and entire families. It all begins with us. We gather as a community, to help the community!
If you’re downtown, say hello to these community -minded students and get your presents wrapped!
