McMillan’s ‘Corners for Kids’ campaign scores big for community

United Way and soccer go head to head!  Our good friends over at McMillan LLP have not only raised over $324,000 for United Way over the years, they are so passionate about soccer and supporting kids in our community, that they are making sure every Vancouver Whitecaps FC  goal counts! The McMillan ‘Corners for Kids’ campaign helps raise awareness and funds for vulnerable children in our community. Here’s how the campaign works – for every ‘Caps corner kick taken at a Whitecaps FC home match, McMillan will donate $100 to the United Way! An additional $500 will be donated each time Whitecaps FC scores a goal off a corner kick. “We are excited about our new partnership with Vancouver Whitecaps FC and thrilled to increase our support of the local community through the ‘Corners for Kids’ program.
