G&F Financial Group Co-CEO Jeff Shewfelt, Peter Kobayashi, Employee Campaign Chair, and Co-CEO William Kiss, donate cheque for $75,000 to Michael McKnight, President & CEO, United Way British Columbia.

Headquartered in Burnaby, G&F Financial Group demonstrated exceptional teamwork and community spirit donating $75,000 to United Way British Columbia. Over 80% of staff and management give to United Way to help children, families and seniors in the Lower Mainland. United Way invested $1.7 million into Burnaby in 2012/2013 supporting 56 organizations and 117 initiatives. “G&F Financial Group is committed to supporting the communities where we live and work. We are proud to support United Way British Columbia because we know that the dollars that we donate go to work right here in our own back yard to those who need it the most,” said William Kiss and Jeff Shewfelt, Co-CEOs, G&F Financial Group. “G&F Financial Group has shown exceptional commitment and support of United Way over the years,” stated Michael McKnight, President & CEO, United Way British Columbia. “Each year they surpass their goal and their participation rate.
