Nathan Wright, Executive Director of bc211 was the keynote speaker. He provided an update on the provincial expansion of bc211.ca and how the kind of information that people seek online or through the help-line at the information service help service providers plan for the future. Michael McKnight, President & CEO, United Way British Columbia and 2016/17 Board Chair Jerry Lampert provided highlights from the previous year. Part of the update was a report back on the United Way British Columbia’s Statement of Reconciliation and commitments adopted and actions taken over the past year.
