Campaign Coordinator Spirit Award
This award recognizes an exceptional regional campaign coordinator who demonstrated outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Nominated ECCs will have used creativity, enthusiasm and strategic thinking to run an exemplary fun and team-building campaign.

Engagement Spirit Award – presented by 
This award recognizes the workplace that best educated its employees on the positive impact of the United Way in the community through strategies and events like organizing Days of Caring or hosting Impact Speakers. Consideration is given to teams that found innovative ways to engage new hires, millennials and retirees in the campaign.

This award recognizes the workplace campaign that not only increased dollars and participation, but also created and executed the most engaging and strategic campaign. Consideration is given to campaigns applying United Way best practices.
