The Teamwork Spirit award recognizes the workplace campaign that has a diverse campaign team that includes all levels of the workplace, unions and locations. This team exemplifies collaboration, creativity and fun.

Engagement Award
This award recognizes the workplace that best educated its employees on the positive impact of the United Way in the community through strategies and events like organizing Days of Caring or hosting Impact Speakers. Consideration is given to teams that found innovative ways to engage new hires, millennials and retirees in their campaign.
